About This Project

Charles Hadley Community Center


Location: Miami, FL


Owner (or Representative): The Haskell Company


New construction of 21,500 square foot community center. Demolished 2 existing concrete structures to make way for new facility. Scope of work included excavation for stem wall foundations, 4-inch concrete floor slabs, 8 and 12-inch concrete masonry units with core fill insulations; intermediate tie beams, parapet walls and caps with finish elevation of 29′ 4″. Installed miscellaneous metals, metal stairs, handrails, mild steel trusses and hollow metal door frames.
